Exercise 1

We were tasked to search for 3 images on Pinterest and describe why we like them.

Description: When I saw this artwork, I couldn’t take my eyes off of it. The blue contrasting the skin makes this piece attractive to me.

The character gives off a calming vibe.

This illustration shows the artist’s style of color.

It shows a bold yet cool feeling.

The character is blocking out the light, casting a shadow over his face.

Description: This illustration is by Kawanocy, the way their artstyle is beautifully rendered and the method of adding light into the characters makes it feel surreal.


This Poster Expressed: 

This piece shows soft lightning.

The illustration feels like in a fantasy.

The rendering shows a pop of color which represents the female character’s face of surprise.

The female character is holding a bouquet of flowers that seems to be given by the male character.

Description:
This illustration is a fanart of my favourite novel “Omniscient Reader’s
Viewpoint” which caught my eye.


This Poster Expressed: 

This illustration shows the adult looking back at his past self.

It feels as if the adult is telling his younger self something.The boy holding books and pages flying out represents him trying to escape from reality.

It shows that the characters are on a train.

The red symbolizes something important for the characters.
