Instructions
Week 1
We made a group and created a figjam board on figma, google drive and
multiple interview questions for our client.
Here is our timeline that we made.
Week 2
For this week, we got our briefing from our client and consulted with
them about our interview questions.
Here are the interview questions. We also made different translations
of the questions for the interviewees preferences.
Week 3
These are our target audience after receiving feedback from our
tutor.
During the search for interviewees, we had contacted many institutes
with professional and family caregivers. Unfortunately, all of them
rejected us. It was a struggle having to find the interviewees. In the
end we managed to find 4 interviewees who fit in one of our target
audience.

Then we conducted the interviews. Everyone including myself had to
interview one person each. Since there was 4 of us it happened to fill
in for all of us. During the interviews, we decided it was best that at
least 2 group members would be conducting in case of a technical issue
in recording.

Empathy Phase
Figure 1.6 Interviewees Part 2
Unfortunately, we did not reach the required interviewees for one
of our target audience and had to contact our client. We also tried
contacting more people for the interviews.
Here are our transcripts organised in sticky notes. We had already made
a google doc for each transcripts and only then pasted everything into
the figjam board.

Define Phase
After creating our sticky notes, we organised them in different categories
for a better understanding. We held a group meeting to discuss what to
discuss and properly organise the sticky notes with each other's help.
This is our user personas we made as referenced from our interviews and
sticky notes.
Define
We had an activity during class where we needed to make a problem
statement and how might we questions.
Here is our finalised problem statement.
Ideation Phase
On week 6, we went into our ideation phase. We had a group activity where
we had to draw out some ideas using the crazy 8 activity.
Here is our ideation in the figjam board.
Figure 2.2 Ideas
In our finalised decision, we all agreed that our product should be a watch since all the interviewees wanted someone to talk to and find proper professional advices easily.
Here we had a meeting discussing about what to add to the watch.
For the presentation, we were divided equally among ourselves and those
who had contributed less on the slides would have to present more of
it.
I was in charge of the background research and testing.

Prototype Phase
We made a working title for our prototype and made some changes from
our tutor's feedbacks. We also created a moodboard for our website
prototype.
Figure 2.5 Week 8 Progress Work
Based on our feedback, we created a google form for our interviewees
to get some opinion about our product.

Week 10
After we collected our interviewees feedbacks from the form, we made
a summary of it.
During class, we made scenarios for our testing. All of us made one
and we would choose and mix some for the finalised version.
Week 11
We made some changes to our prototype as we delve deeper into the
detailed parts of the functionality.
Figure 2.9 Prototype Progress
After receiving feedback from our tutor, they said that our avatars looked too childish. So I had to change that and remake another version.
Week 12
These are the sitemaps where my groupmates worked on.
Here are the materials that I researched on that would fit the watch
prototype.
Figure 3.2 Watch Materials
I made more avatars as changed by our tutor, but it was still
considered to childish and in the end I made a very corporate
avatar.
Figure 3.3 New Avatars
Our leader made the website as I helped out a tiny bit in some of the
layout design.
These are the watch prototype where my group members worked on.
Week 13
These are the finalised avatar icons that I made.

Test Phase
For this stage, we finalised all the scenarios and tasks for the testing with 2 of our previous family caregivers we had interviewed.
I was tasked to manage the testing session along with my group leader as the recorder. After the testing was over, I gave them the survey to fill out on how satisfied they were with our product.
These are the results of the testing after revisiting the recordings. We also made some necessary changes for our prototype on some of the useful information we received from our interviewees.
Final Outcome
For the final week where we had our presentation, we rehearsed our lines multiple times so that we would fit in the time frame of the presentation timing.
Our final feedback was to refine the testing slides.
